 Product Use

Roughneck FR specializes in flame-retardant safety apparel. All garments are designed to meet applicable safety standards (NFPA 2112, ASTM F1506, HRC2). Our products are intended as protective clothing but do not guarantee complete protection from injury, fire, or hazardous exposure. Customers are responsible for determining product suitability for their specific application and work environment.

Limitation of Liability

Roughneck FR shall not be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of flame-resistant clothing in hazardous environments.

By using our products, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roughneck FR, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from product use.

Warranties

All products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or care
• Alterations or modifications
• Damage caused by accidents or negligence

If a product is defective, Roughneck FR may replace or refund the item at our discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Custom orders and items worn or altered are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, product names, designs, and other brand elements are the property of Roughneck FR and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. Availability of products is not guaranteed and may be limited or discontinued at any time.

Governing Law
